Easy to use, I made a little mess because it was my first time and the wall wasn't flat. It's ok to handle moldy areas. You can paint or wallpaper it to make it look nice.

The wall sealant works quite well for filling cracks. I don't see any water leaks now. Hopefully it will last a long time.
